What we collect

• Account data — if you sign in with Google: your email address, display name, and a Google account identifier. That is the entire account record.
• Content you write — reviews, list names, vendor-portal submissions, and their edit history.
• Operational logs — standard server logs (request time, path, status, request id) retained for troubleshooting.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
• We do not build behavioral profiles for resale.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Browsing the site anonymously sets no account cookie.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and reviews by contacting privacy@bestaitoolix.com; we will remove or anonymize your data, except content that must be retained for the integrity of published aggregate statistics and audit trails.

Third parties

Sign-in is processed by Google (Google's own privacy policy applies to that flow). The site is self-hosted in the EU.
